Entry is not allowed without prior visa

Passport validity must be at least six months. One blank passport page per stamp is required. A tourist visa is required. Yellow fever vaccination is required. There are no currency restrictions for entry, but travelers must declare if they are exiting with XAF 3,000,000 or more. In order to enter Cameroon, the following documents are required: passport, visa, current immunization records including evidence of yellow fever vaccination, and a World Health Organization (WHO) card with yellow fever vaccination. Proof of polio vaccination is required for visits longer than four weeks. Dual nationality is not recognized by Cameroon, so U.S. citizens must always present themselves as U.S. citizens and enter and exit with a U.S. passport and a valid Cameroonian visa. There are no HIV/AIDS entry restrictions for visitors or foreign residents of Cameroon.
